Audio Delay Effect

The Audio Delay Effect adds a delay to the audio signal.

Delay Ch #	The delay that can be set for up to 16 channels (0–15) in ms (range 0 to 10000.0, default = 0 ms).
Maximum delay	The maximum delay that can be applied in ms (range 0 to 10000.0, default = 0 ms).
