Parameters

handleSafety handle.
allowReadWriteAccessUse false to disallow read or write access, or true otherwise.

Description

Lets you prevent read or write access on the atomic safety handle.

For example when a buffer references other data that becomes invalid, then often the only legal thing left to do is to dispose the buffer.
