public KeywordRecognizer (string[] keywords, Windows.Speech.ConfidenceLevel minimumConfidence);

keywords	识别器将监听的关键字。
minimumConfidence	识别器将接受的最低可信度的语音识别。

If not minimum confidence level is specified then the confidence level is assumed to be Medium.
