创建 sourceRenderTexture 和 /destinationRenderTexture/。

以匹配当前 PaintContext.pixelRect 的分辨率，使用指定的 RenderTextureFormat 来创建渲染纹理。

TerrainPaintUtility.BeginPaintHeightmap、TerrainPaintUtility.BeginPaintTexture 和 TerrainPaintUtility.CollectNormals 在内部调用此函数。
