AnimationStream will be initialized with the default values from the Animator.
Before it is modified during IAnimationJob.ProcessAnimation or IAnimationJob.ProcessRootMotion, the AnimationStream contains the default values of the associated Animator.
This is the default behaviour for an AnimationPlayableOutput.
