参数

buildPath	由 IPostprocessBuild.OnPostprocessBuild 提供的项目路径。
entitlementFileName	权限文件的名称。
targetName	目标项目的名称。默认为 Unity-iPhone。

创建一个新的 ProjectCapabilityManager 对象。
