Enable legacy on-screen keyboard hiding on Android.
If set to true, the closeKeyboardOnOutsideTap property closes the on-screen keyboard if the user taps away from the keyboard. If set to false, this property keeps the on-screen keyboard on screen, even if the user taps away from it. This means that the user can interact with Unity whilst the keyboard remains on screen.
