Parameters

contextObjAn object to use for context when calculating object visibility. If null, then the message is sent to all ready clients.
msgTypeThe message id.
msgThe message to send.
channelIdThe transport layer channel to send on.

Returns

bool True if the message was sent.

Description

Sends a network message to all connected clients that are "ready" on a specified transport layer QoS channel.
