Third Party Notices.md と LICENSE.md ファイルを使用して、パッケージが法的要件を満たしていることを確認できます。例えば、以下はUnity Timeline パッケージのサンプルライセンスファイルです。

サードパーティ要素に関する通知

パッケージにサードパーティの要素がある場合は、Third Party Notices.md ファイルにライセンスを加えることができます。加えたいライセンスごとに、Component Name、License Type、Provide License Details セクションを加えることができます。以下はその例です。
