Height Mesh は、歩行可能な表面の上にキャラクターをより正確に配置することができます。
ナビゲーションしている間、NavMesh エージェントは、NavMesh のサーフェイスの上に束縛されます。NavMesh は歩行可能な空間を近似するので NavMesh をビルドするとき、いくつかの(空間の)造形が均(なら)されます。たとえば、階段は NavMesh の斜面として表示されるかもしれません。もし、ゲームがエージェントに正確な配置を要求する場合、NavMesh をベイクするときに Height Mesh のビルドを有効にしておく必要があります。設定は「 Navigation 」ウィンドウの「 Advanced 」の下に見つかります。Height Mesh のビルドの実行は、メモリを消費して処理に時間を要します。NavMesh をベイクするには少し時間がかかることに注意してください。
